I have established this group to fill a void – for coaches to specifically focus on our own personal performance.I believe that “You cannot coach Your Best unless You are at your Best™”

The purpose of this group is to explore how we as coaches “walk the talk” — how we apply the best practices of our coaching profession to improve our selves so that we are at our personal peak performance. This specifically includes, but is not limited to:

Emotional Intelligence
Personality Type
Wellness
Stress management
Decision making model or process
Personal organization, using technology such as mind mapping

This group, however, will intentionally NOT be addressing other areas such as the business aspects of coaching, specific coaching skills (such as Appreciative Inquiry, Motivational Interviewing, etc), or Getting Clients (marketing, networking, social media, etc)

All professional coaches (executive, business, personal, etc) are welcome to participate. Coaches will be accepted following a quick review of your Linked In profile to verify your involvement in the coaching profession.

Just a brief note about why I choose to give presentations and coaching in webinar format. Most people just use a phone call or a teleconference service. On those, you HEAR the message. Research has shown that 3 days after just hearing something, retention is 10%. On a webinar, you both HEAR and SEE the message. The same US government research has demonstrated 3 days after both hearing and seeing material, retention is 65%.
