Just a brief note about why I choose to give presentations and coaching in webinar format. Most people just use a phone call or a teleconference service. On those, you HEAR the message. Research has shown that 3 days after just hearing something, retention is 10%. On a webinar, you both HEAR and SEE the message. The same US government research has demonstrated 3 days after both hearing and seeing material, retention is 65%.
